In line with our hotel concept, our conference rooms are a modern and affordable alternative - we call it "MeetingBox". The conference rooms have everything you need in terms of modern equipment. And the meeting room becomes cheaper the more dates and/or hotel rooms you book at the same time.

We have three different meeting rooms:

MiniBox: 12 people

- Large flat screen TV on the wall with HDMI connection (adapters available)

MidiBox: 50 people

- Screen on the wall with projector with HDMI connection (adapters available)

MegaBox: 72 people

- Screen on the wall with projector with HDMI connection (adapters available)

All rooms have a whiteboard on the wall and a flip chart is available upon request. MidiBox and MegaBox also have a desktop computer connected to the projector, so you can also transfer your presentations to this computer using a USB drive.

The standard setup for the meeting rooms is a cinema-style layout. It can be arranged as a classroom, long table, U-shaped table, etc. for an additional setup fee. Please note that capacity will decrease when setting up desks in the room.
