Crowd renting is the act of sharing a space, where bookings are made by many in a crowd and the rent is payed by a representant of the crowd.​LOADS acts as a crowd renter for creatives and businesses. We work with both real estate owners and company owners on a rental contract. Any building, club or bar can be a crowd rented meeting space or coworking space as long as it is partly empty during a part of the day, week or year. We host a booking platform and a lively community of business supporting each other.
