Our Space is located in strategic points of the city: North of Rome (Cassia) and South of Rome (Torrino/Torrino2/Gra – at the point of intersection of highway Roma – Fiumicino.), are able to provide several excellent choices that give to the client  the opportunity to choose the best location for its meetings, seminaries, conferences, presentations, continuing education courses or interviews.

According to their capacity, the size of the Meeting Rooms inside Gruppo Ufficio Structures changes, in fact it goes from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 30 people.

They are designed in an elegant and relaxing location and have several services:

• The use of telephone lines, that are connected to our switchboard
• Multilingual Secretaries who receive visitors and will assist the client in his/her job remaining disposal for any demand
• Fiber Optic Internet Connection provided by internet cable or wi-fi
• On request the Rent of Multimedia Equipment: TV, Overhead Projector, Slide Projector and Flip Board
• Catering: Coffee break, Lunch, Brunch
• Expose Enterprise Plate at the entrance of the meeting room
