The 15 sqm room benefits from direct light through a generous glass wall, and is elegantly furnished with a refined and modern design featuring an oval table and 7 padded workstations. The room is equipped with adjustable air conditioning at the users' discretion and a CLEVERTOUCH 65' video conferencing device on which the main video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet are installed, and can also be used as an interactive whiteboard as it has touch function with a smart pen or directly with fingers. Users can directly use the video conferencing device or connect their mobile devices, tablets, or PCs to share documents and presentations, both wirelessly and (in the case of PCs) with cables for the main video ports of PCs currently on the market, available in the room. If necessary, the user can request the presence of a technician in advance to assist in connecting to the device before their meeting. Room reservations can be conveniently made online, with at least one day's notice, for a duration of 4 hours: from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm or from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The reservation includes free access to the Break Area with a coffee corner, dedicated restrooms, and the possibility to use the A3/A4 multifunction printer available on-site.
