General Conditions:
Once confirmation is sent, we will invoice the company. An advance of 25% is to be paid upon confirmation and the balance payment must be made 2 days before the event. Security Deposit – Rs. 10,000/- to be given to the Centre, which will be adjusted against last-minute cancellations. Extra hour charges: Rs. 3,000/- per hour (up to 1 hour). Interview Cabin charges are applicable at Rs. 800/- per hour & Full Day (8 hours) charge is Rs. 6,000/-5. Tea/Coffee / Tea + Coffee + Cookies will be charged extra @ Rs. 35 + GST per person / Rs. 55 + GST per person.
6. Only vegetarian food is served. All confirmed orders to be placed 72 hrs before commencement of the function, along with complete payment. Catering, if required, will be charged additionally at rates mutually agreed. 100% payment to be made 2 days before the event towards F & B. No refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the event.
7. GST & other taxes extra as applicable.
8. Outside food is not allowed.
Consumption of any alcoholic products is not allowed. No smoking inside or outside the seminar hall. No arms & ammunition allowed inside or outside the premises. Seminar Halls cannot be booked on Republic Day, Independence Day & Gandhi Jayanti. Requests for reservation of seminar halls / meeting rooms to be made to us along with the client profile & event details. Charges include the hall, water & wi-fi. Any other additional services required are to be ordered separately and additional charges apply. All persons attending the event / training etc. must be registered and be inpossession of a valid government-issued ID proof. This will be the responsibility of the client / agent.
The customer is responsible for any damage, breakage or theft caused by themselves / their guests /participants. The customer undertakes to reimburse any damage to the conference facility.
Booking timings must be adhered to; extra time will be charged at the per-hour rate, subject to availability and as per terms & conditions.Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the booking once the booking form has been received
by us (even if not yet invoiced) will incur cancellation charges of 15% of the booking amount, if notification is received three days before the event.
