The office program allows clients the flexibility to lease an office on a short or a long term basis. There are twenty-eight tastefully furnished offices to choose from of various sizes and a full backup staff only if and when you require any services. The monthly lease rate covers the lease of the office, government rates, air conditioning, building management fee, electricity, daily cleaning service, receptionist service, mail collection, use of our telephone, fax and address and refreshments. If clients do not need an office but require an office address, telephone and/or fax and the support of staff, they have a range of service programs called the Business Identity Programs. You choose the program which best suites your needs, pay a quarterly fee and only for the services you use.
