The Didcot Enterprise Centre provides a mixture of affordable business units for rent, whether you need an office, studio, workshop or mailbox. It also offers a meeting room that can be hired by the hour, half-day or day.

Our business centre consists of 39 modern, self-contained business units within a complex of interlinked buildings.

Our offices and units offer excellent value for money, ranging from 94 - 665 square feet (8 - 61 square metres). We can, therefore, cater for the needs of small and medium-sized Oxfordshire businesses.

Our flexible licences give you the manoeuvrability that a small business needs. You can transfer to a larger unit or rent a second unit if you need more workspace, and you can choose the level of commitment you wish to make, - from a week or a month to many years.

Where is the Didcot Enterprise Centre?

Located on the northern edge of Didcot, our business centre offers good access by road and rail and is well placed in the industrial estate. 

• Road: We are well located for easy access to Milton to the west, Oxford to the north, Reading to the south and High Wycombe to the east. The A34 provides direct access from Didcot to the M40 for links to the M25 and London and to Bristol.
• Rail: The nearest stations are: Didcot Parkway, which is a 5-minute drive away and Appleford, an 8-minute drive away.
• Bus: Local bus services provide a regular service between the business centre and town.
