Our Quay House office space opened in 2016 and has followed the Town House in becoming a bustling space for freelancers and startups from translators to architects. Located in the historic Kings Wharf building, we have a variety of space to suit everyone from individual desk plans to team arrangements and meeting rooms. With more than 100 users engaged in the space, you can be sure to find a like-minded individual.

Our Quay House office space is conveniently based on Exeter’s historic quayside, the location is picture perfect and has some of the best lunch spots in Exeter. It’s just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by transport links. 

We don’t just offer desk space at our Quay House, we also have  3 awesome meeting rooms.  The spaces are designed to comfortably fit 1 to 18 people for ad hoc or pre arranged meetings.
