The Centre boasts a refurbished reception area and a double height glass Atrium, which is flooded with daylight and used as a natural breakout and lounge area. The property consists of two buildings, one ideal for office space and the other for workshops and storage space. 

The Atrium Business Centre offers a selection of smart and professional ground, first and second floor offices. Both internal and external clients can benefit from our three ground floor meeting rooms, break-out areas, our onsite café, disabled access at rear of the building, a garden with table and chairs and onsite parking.

Internal clients have access to the building 24/7 using an individual swipe pass system which is set up specifically for them. It is a green and tranquil site with plenty of communal space and natural light throughout and a great sense of community amongst its clients.

An average office size is 215 sq. ft. and is provided with furniture and air-conditioning. In total we offer 155 free parking spaces in our Business Centre. 

Where is the Atrium?

The Atrium is located within walking distance of Dorking town centre. Close by there is a wide range of shops, restaurants and other useful amenities. A variety of amenities including M&S, Waitrose, Costa, banks such as Natwest and Lloyds, as well as a number of local shops and restaurants are located on Dorking High street.

The area is easy to access via car with the M25 just 5 miles away. Gatwick Airport is only half and hour away by car, while there is very easy access to Heathrow Airport and Dorking Mainline train station, which is only 1.2 miles away.

The closest Rail Station is the Dorking West Station which is only 4 minutes by foot. There are also buses passing very regularly from Dorking Town Centre to Horsham, Kingston, Guildford and Redhill.
