The Stansted Centre boasts a variety of eight bright, modern, air conditioned meeting rooms. Their layouts that can be tailored to suit requirements, accommodating up to 20 people (reduced to 10 people to suit social distancing requirements). 

Telephone lines, internet connections and catering are available in every room. The meeting rooms are ideal for interviewing, training, regional meetings or holding board meetings away from day-to-day business.

Our professional facilities management team are on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly and your expectations are surpassed. We offer catering services to the conference and meeting rooms, from simple early morning pastries through to finger buffets and hot dishes.

The conference centre within The Stansted Centre is versatile and purpose-built. It is able to offer many different layout options for your conferencing and event needs, from traditional theatre style for 200, to cabaret style for 200 or classroom style for 150. The suite contains high definition audio visual equipment ideal for seminars and presentations including large format plasma screens and a projector. This is included when hiring the facility.

The event space is ideal for both traditional day delegate functions to business entertaining in the evening. The large conference suite is suitable for a variety of events including training events, seminars, regional meetings, dinners, lunches and networking.  The suite benefits from having its own dedicated conference kitchen offering tailor made catering from a light buffet through to a gourmet 4 course meal. The suite is complimented by 8 meeting rooms and a huge glass central atrium which create diverse break out areas for your event attendees.

As the conference suite has its own dedicated kitchen and benefits from the latest audio visual technology, it is ideal for both corporate and private events such as Awards Lunches/ Dinners, Celebratory/ Gala Dinners and Summer Balls/ Christmas Parties. A tailor made multi-functional bar has been built into the suite which can be out of sight if not required, simply open in situ or pulled out into the room to create a feature. Only a few minutes away from Stansted Airport, this is an ideal location for your event bookings in Essex.
