The center is managed directly by the local owner, whch gurantees a high level of service. The center offers offices by the hour, half day, days, months ... and co-working workspaces on a very low cost. All our offices are extremely light, spacious and welcoming. The center also has two meeting/training rooms with a capacity of up to 8 and 20 persons. The center can be reach by all southern roads (A3 (Valencia), A4 (Andalusia), A42 (Toledo) and A5 (Extremadura and Portugal)) in a time of 4 to 8 minutes. Similarly, the connections to the north of the city are quick and easy, just a 6 minute drive from the Paseo de la Castellana. Less than 5 minutes walk from the subway lines 1 and 3, and most commuter lines to the city.
