We have gained extensive experience in planning and organizing meetings, seminars, lectures, conferences, and events of all sizes, and we have a dedicated team solely responsible for B2B events. We are your co-organizer and sparring partner from the first contact and take care of all the practicalities from catering to booking special equipment, printed materials, and whatever else you may wish to outsource. ABOUT CINEMAXX's CAPACITY AND POSSIBILITIES:

  • Multiplex cinema with a central and luxurious location in the heart of Aarhus - near the train station in Bruuns Galleri
  • CinemaxX Aarhus has 11 auditoriums with seating for 78-469 guests. The total capacity in the auditoriums is over 2000 seats.
    The 11 auditoriums are spread over 2 floors, which have spacious foyer areas suitable for lounge areas, dining, exhibition - or extra space for creative outbreak sessions
  • Possibility to run parallel programs in up to 11 auditoriums
  • Possibility to give your event a twist and, for example, end the day with a themed party and a preview of an upcoming film
  • All our auditoriums are fully equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment. We have skilled technicians who will naturally handle both testing and setup - and who will be present in the auditoriums throughout the event to ensure a smooth and problem-free presentation. Both auditoriums and foyer areas are equipped with high-speed fiber internet, and separate profiles can be created for guests, exhibitors, and speakers.
  • Parking is available in Bruuns Galleri's parking facility, and there is also easy access by public transportation for guests coming from both within and outside the city.

Half-day conference/meeting including catering (4 hours) from 299 DKK excl. VAT per participant.

Morning seminar/meeting without catering (2.5 hours) from 100 DKK excl. VAT per participant.
