Welcome to this historic building in the center of Nuremberg-Eibach - formerly a guesthouse, now an office building with an event space.
On the ground floor, there is a large room with a catering kitchen (only for professional chefs) and a conservatory that can be completely opened to the terrace and garden on one side. Business events such as meetings, conferences, seminars, or workshops can be held here from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. (Other times may be possible, please inquire.)

PRICES (net)
50 € per hour (including setup and dismantling)
+ 60 € flat fee (consumables & cleaning)
Furniture and technical equipment are included in the rental. (The use of the stove and ovens is only possible with a professional chef.) The rental period includes setup and dismantling. For our standard setup in the conservatory (meeting table with 8-12 chairs, TV, whiteboard), no setup or dismantling is required.
An additional flat fee of 60 € (net) is charged for consumables and cleaning:
Toilets (soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee machine (organic coffee beans, barista oat milk, raw cane sugar cubes, tea), cleaning (coffee machine and table/kitchen surfaces), partial room cleaning.

- Block seating in the conservatory: e.g. for meetings, conferences, meetings with 2-12 people [standard setup, no setup or dismantling required]
- Block seating/table groups: e.g. for workshops with up to 8 people per table group, a total of max. 5 table groups
- Theater-style seating: e.g. for seminars, lectures, presentations, information events with approx. 30 people
- Parliamentary seating: e.g. for seminars, training sessions, meetings, and conferences with approx. 12 people
