Welcome to this historic building in the center of Nuremberg-Eibach - formerly a guesthouse, now an office building with an event space. On the ground floor, there is a large room with a catering kitchen (only for professional chefs) and a conservatory that can be completely opened to the terrace and garden on one side. Business events such as meetings, conferences, seminars, or workshops can be held here from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. (Other times may be possible, please inquire.) More information here: https://schwarzer-adler.com/eventraum/ PRICES (net) 50 € per hour (including setup and dismantling) + 60 € flat fee (consumables & cleaning) Furniture and technical equipment are included in the rental. (The use of the stove and ovens is only possible with a professional chef.) The rental period includes setup and dismantling. For our standard setup in the conservatory (meeting table with 8-12 chairs, TV, whiteboard), no setup or dismantling is required. An additional flat fee of 60 € (net) is charged for consumables and cleaning: Toilets (soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee machine (organic coffee beans, barista oat milk, raw cane sugar cubes, tea), cleaning (coffee machine and table/kitchen surfaces), partial room cleaning. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS/EVENT EXAMPLES - Block seating in the conservatory: e.g. for meetings, conferences, meetings with 2-12 people [standard setup, no setup or dismantling required] - Block seating/table groups: e.g. for workshops with up to 8 people per table group, a total of max. 5 table groups - Theater-style seating: e.g. for seminars, lectures, presentations, information events with approx. 30 people - Parliamentary seating: e.g. for seminars, training sessions, meetings, and conferences with approx. 12 people FURNITURE - 60 chairs with seat cushions, without armrests - 10 rectangular tables, 140 x 80 cm, height 74 cm - 6 square tables, 80 x 80 cm, height 74 cm - 8 round high tables, 70 cm diameter, height 110 cm TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT - Whiteboard with accessories (markers, magnets) - Speaker with AirPlay2 - 75-inch TV (flexibly placeable) - All-in-one conference system for hybrid meetings (Logitech Rally Bar with Zoom Rooms) - TV accessories: Google ChromeCast, 3 HDMI adapters for USB-C, Mini DisplayPort, DVI - Power outlet on the TV stand and USB charging ports with cables for Lightning/USB-C/Micro-USB - Guest Wi-Fi KITCHEN EQUIPMENT - 2 beverage refrigerators (with glass front and light, usable capacity: 292L) - Side-by-side refrigerator (usable capacity: 391L for the cooling section, 157L for the BioFresh section, 119L for the freezer section) - Dishwasher - Coffee machine and tea kettle - Organic coffee beans and organic tea (black, green, fruit, herbal) - For drinks: carafes, glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, coffee cups, espresso cups - For food: plates, cutlery - For cooking: pots, pans, kitchen utensils, kitchen knives, cutting boards, bowls, etc. - For professional chefs only: hot plate and 4 induction hobs, 2 ovens with steam cooking function
