Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Rules

• If you are renting the meeting room outside our working hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00), you will need to pay a 1 500 CZK returnable deposit.
• Full payment must be received by the date of the event (we accept payments by bank transfer, cash, credit card and Transferwise/Revolut or similar).
• You should cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the cost of the reservation.

If you will use the meeting room on an ongoing basis, consider a Community Membership which, in addition to saving you money on meeting room rental, provides additional value and ease of access.
