The multifunctional loft is located in an architectural studio of an Art Nouveau building, which has been adapted with mobile wall elements. Situated directly on Mariahilferstraße, the Studio Neubaugasse offers 105m² of space, providing an ideal setting for various events in an industrial atmosphere. Our space can accommodate up to 24 seated persons and up to 50 standing, depending on the event. The floor-free, rotating, and sliding wall elements allow for almost unlimited room configurations. Each side can be fully used as a magnetic pinboard, perfect for creative work. Whether it's an exclusive dinner in the open space, small workshop setups, or an exhibition with free wall positioning, let your imagination run wild. Equipped with a flexible table system, projector, sound system, A1 printer, and a bar area with a coffee machine, the most important infrastructure is at your disposal. Upon agreement, we can customize the space to your needs and provide additional technology, catering, and personnel support both in preparation and during the event.
